MS CORE LAB LLC ("MS Core Lab", "we") publishes software, provides programming, IT consulting and infrastructure management, data processing and hosting, web portals, information services and market research. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Product users
Account data, usage logs and support tickets, processed to provide and secure our products. Each product has its own terms.
3. Hosting and development clients
Data stored in client systems is processed as a processor under a data processing agreement, with logged administrative access.
4. Research participants
Interviews and surveys are voluntary; results are reported in aggregate.
5. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations, legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent (research, newsletters).
6. Recipients
Data centres and payment providers. We do not sell personal data.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
